Members of our casual staff team enjoy the benefits of a flexible schedule that an ‘on call’ employment has to offer. It also provides students in the Early Childhood Education field with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while they complete their studies, with the possibility of future employment. Our casual staff fill in when regular staff members are away due to vacation time, illness, or professional development. They may also be called on when additional assistance is required in the classroom on specific days.
